Shipping Policy

At Posters by Rhea, every poster and framed print is made to order especially for you. We carefully prepare each order before it is dispatched to help ensure it arrives in great condition.

Processing Times

Orders are made to order and are usually prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days.

During busy periods, including Black Friday, Christmas and other seasonal peaks, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude UK bank holidays.

Delivery Estimates

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

United States 2–7 business days
Europe 4–10 business days
Rest of World 7–14 business days

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been dispatched and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to courier networks, customs processing, weather or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted delivery partners depending on your location and the size of your order. These may include Royal Mail, Evri, DHL, USPS and local postal services.

Where tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the size of your order and the items selected.

Any applicable shipping promotions or free-delivery offers will be clearly shown at checkout.

International Orders, Customs and Duties

For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply. These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are unable to control or predict customs charges and recommend checking your country’s import rules before placing an order.

Address Changes

Please check that your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

If you need to change an address, contact us as soon as possible at altocollectivegoods@outlook.com. We can only make changes before an order has entered production or been dispatched.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow a few additional business days before contacting us, as courier delays can occur.

For damaged, faulty or incorrect orders, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at altocollectivegoods@outlook.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging and any visible damage so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
