Returns & Refunds
At Posters by Rhea, every poster and framed print is produced to order especially for you. We want you to love your artwork, while also keeping our process fair and straightforward.
14-Day Returns
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to let us know that you would like to return it.
To start a return, please contact us at altocollectivegoods@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
After notifying us that you wish to return your order, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
Returned items must be:
- Unused, undamaged and in their original condition
- Returned in the original packaging where possible
- Carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
No Exchanges
As each poster and framed print is made to order, we do not offer exchanges.
Please check your selected size, frame option, design and delivery details carefully before placing your order. If you would like a different size, frame or design, you will need to place a new order.
Return Postage
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged on their way back to us.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or within 14 days of receiving evidence that it has been returned.
For eligible change-of-mind returns, we will refund the cost of the item and the original standard delivery charge. Any upgraded or express delivery charges are non-refundable.
We may make a deduction from a refund where an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it and has lost value as a result.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or has a printing issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at altocollectivegoods@outlook.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging and any damage.
Where an item is confirmed to be damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a full refund. We will cover the reasonable return costs where a return is required.
Personalised or Custom Products
Personalised or custom-made products, including designs created with names, dates, bespoke text or customer-specific artwork, cannot be returned or refunded for a change of mind once production has begun.
This does not affect your rights if a personalised or custom item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
