Giveaway Terms & Conditions – September 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to the PostersByRhea Customer Appreciation Giveaway running in September 2026.
1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is PostersByRhea (“the Promoter”).
2. Giveaway Period
The giveaway opens on 9 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm BST on 19 September 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or over in the UK and in international locations where participation in this type of promotion is legally permitted and where PostersByRhea is able to fulfil the prize.
To be eligible, entrants must have purchased at least one print from PostersByRhea. Previous orders count, and orders placed before the giveaway closes on 19 September 2026 are eligible.
Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
4. Purchase Requirement
Entry is limited to PostersByRhea customers who have placed at least one qualifying order for a print.
Entrants may be asked to provide their order number, name or email address so PostersByRhea can verify that at least one qualifying order has been placed.
Making additional purchases does not provide additional entries or increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
5. How to Enter
To submit a valid entry, entrants must complete the following before the closing date:
- Follow @postersbyrhea on Instagram or Facebook;
- Have purchased at least one print from PostersByRhea — previous orders count;
- Comment on the official giveaway post; and
- Tag 2 friends in their comment.
One entry is permitted per customer. Entrants must continue to meet the entry requirements when the winners are verified.
6. The Prize
There will be 3 winners. Each winner will receive £100 PostersByRhea store credit, giving a total prize value of £300.
The credit may be used towards eligible wall art available from PostersByRhea. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Any amount spent above the £100 credit will be the responsibility of the winner.
7. Winner Selection
Three winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date. The draw will take place after the giveaway has closed.
8. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted through the official @postersbyrhea social media account.
Winners may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to verify their eligibility and arrange their prize. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, is unable to demonstrate eligibility, or cannot accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner at random.
PostersByRhea will never ask a winner to provide payment or banking details in order to claim the prize.
9. Store Credit
Each £100 prize will be issued as PostersByRhea store credit or a unique promotional code. The credit may only be redeemed through PostersByRhea, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred or resold.
10. International Winners
For winners located outside the UK, product availability, delivery options, customs charges and import taxes may vary by destination.
Any customs duties, local taxes or other charges imposed by the winner’s country are the responsibility of the winner unless PostersByRhea states otherwise.
11. Verification and Invalid Entries
The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, submitted through automated means, or otherwise fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter may request reasonable evidence that an entrant meets the eligibility requirements.
12. Publicity
Subject to applicable law, winners may be announced using their first name and/or social media username in connection with the giveaway.
13. Data Protection
Personal information collected in connection with the giveaway will only be used for administering the promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting winners and fulfilling prizes, unless the entrant has separately consented to marketing.
Information will be handled in accordance with the PostersByRhea Privacy Policy.
14. Instagram, Facebook and Meta
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.
By entering, entrants acknowledge that Instagram, Facebook and Meta have no responsibility for the administration of this promotion.
15. Changes or Cancellation
The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the giveaway where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable, provided entrants are not unfairly disadvantaged.
16. General
The Promoter’s decisions regarding the administration of the giveaway and verification of valid entries are final, subject to applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
