FRAMED ORDERS
All framed personalised portraits require additional production time. Please allow 3+ working days for artwork and frame production before dispatch, regardless of the portrait style selected.

4. Add any useful notes, such as a preferred background colour or small detail you would like us to keep in mind.
5. We create your personalised portrait and prepare it for print.

PHOTO GUIDELINES
For the best result, upload a clear, well-lit photo where the people, clothing, pose and important details are easy to see. Phone photos are absolutely fine as long as they are not heavily blurred or pixelated. If the image is not suitable for creating the artwork, we will contact you.

CREATED FROM YOUR PHOTO
Each portrait is created individually from the image you provide rather than from a generic template. We use your photo as the reference for pose, hair, clothing, colours and the overall feel of the finished piece.

PRINT & FRAME OPTIONS
Available in a wide range of popular sizes including A5, A4, A3, A2 and A1, plus popular inch sizes. Choose print only or a ready-to-display black, white or oak frame.
