FRAMED ORDERS
All framed personalised portraits require additional production time. Please allow 3+ working days for artwork and frame production before dispatch, regardless of the portrait style selected.
HOW TO PERSONALISE

3. Upload the photo you would like us to work from on the product page.
4. Add any useful notes, such as a preferred background colour or small detail you would like us to keep in mind.
5. We create your personalised portrait and prepare it for print.
PHOTO GUIDELINES
For the best result, upload a clear, well-lit photo where the people, clothing, pose and important details are easy to see. Phone photos are absolutely fine as long as they are not heavily blurred or pixelated. If the image is not suitable for creating the artwork, we will contact you.
CREATED FROM YOUR PHOTO
Each portrait is created individually from the image you provide rather than from a generic template. We use your photo as the reference for pose, hair, clothing, colours and the overall feel of the finished piece.
PRINT & FRAME OPTIONS
Available in a wide range of popular sizes including A5, A4, A3, A2 and A1, plus popular inch sizes. Choose print only or a ready-to-display black, white or oak frame.

TURNAROUND
Turnaround times above are production estimates and begin once we have received a usable photo and the information needed to create your artwork. They do not include delivery time. During especially busy periods, personalised orders may take slightly longer.
