This expressionist abstract artwork shows two tall, embracing figures against a saturated orange background, painted in bold, textured brushstrokes. One figure is dressed in layers of blue and brown, while the other has long dark hair and a pink and purple form, with a dark wing sweeping out to the right in deep plum, violet and black.
Dripping paint, scratched marks and patches of pink and coral give the piece a raw, handmade energy. It would suit a bedroom, living room or hallway, and works well as a statement piece on a gallery wall or as a colourful focal point above a sofa or bed.
